- FY27 revenue and EBITDA guidance increased after a strong first half.
- Higher investment plans support the companys longer-term expansion strategy.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone reported strong growth for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, and raised its outlook for the current financial year. The company announced the update on October 28, according to its investor-relations page.
Growth spans several businesses
Consolidated revenue increased 24 percent year over year in Q2 FY27, while EBITDA rose 23 percent. Adani Ports said the performance reflected growth across its domestic and international ports, logistics and marine businesses.
The first half of FY27 provided the basis for a higher full-year outlook. Revenue guidance moved to INR 44,000 crore to INR 46,000 crore, while EBITDA guidance was raised to INR 26,000 crore to INR 27,000 crore. Both guidance ranges increased by INR 1,000 crore from the previous plan.
Higher investment sets the next marker
Capital expenditure guidance also increased by INR 3,000 crore to INR 15,000 crore to INR 17,000 crore. The company linked the higher investment pace to its longer-term Ambition 2031 program, which targets substantial growth in revenue and EBITDA by FY31.
