- Citi cut Adobe to Sell and lowered its price target from 250 US dollars to 207 US dollars.
- Redburn reduced its target from 270 US dollars to 140 US dollars as investors weigh AI monetization and recurring-revenue growth.
- Adobe is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter results on December 9, when its fiscal 2027 outlook will face scrutiny.
Adobe stock traded at 214.55 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:05 CET on Saturday, November 7, 2026, 1.45 percent below the Xetra close of Friday, November 6, at 217.70 euros.
Analyst pressure intensified during the week. Citi downgraded Adobe to Sell from Neutral on November 4 and cut its price target to 207 US dollars from 250 US dollars, according to CNBC.
Growth estimates face pressure
Citi expects a weaker fiscal 2027 growth path as incoming chief executive Anil Chakravarthy prepares to take over in December amid vacancies in senior leadership. The bank also pointed to artificial-intelligence competition and the risk that a stronger focus on user growth could weigh on annual recurring revenue.
Redburn added to the caution on November 2 by cutting its Adobe target from 270 US dollars to 140 US dollars while maintaining a bearish stance. The call puts greater emphasis on whether Firefly, Acrobat AI Assistant and related products can convert rising usage into paid subscriptions without eroding margins.
Adobe's next scheduled report on December 9 will therefore be the next major test for recurring-revenue momentum, AI monetization and the company's fiscal 2027 outlook.
