- JINS plans to deploy Adyen's unified payments platform across 150 Japanese stores from November.
- The rollout combines online and in-store payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone for sales-floor checkout.
- Adyen retained its 2026 net-revenue growth target while lowering its expected EBITDA margin.
Adyen stock traded at 895.65 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:46 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026. That was 4.69 percent above the 855.50 euros quoted in the previous report on Wednesday, November 4, giving investors a fresh market reference after the JINS rollout update.
JINS selected Adyen's unified payments platform on November 2 for a rollout across 150 Japanese stores from November, following an initial launch at its Kichijoji flagship location in late September. The earlier report on the agreement is available in Ad Hoc News.
Retail payments broaden the platform
The deployment brings JINS's online and in-store transactions onto one payments platform. A consolidated view of payment activity is intended to support operational efficiency, shopper insights and more consistent customer journeys across retail channels.
Adyen's Tap to Pay on iPhone solution will let JINS employees complete consultations, product selection and payment on the sales floor. Customers can complete the purchase without moving to a central register after choosing frames and completing an eye examination.
The latest business update also showed strong operating growth alongside higher investment. Net revenue rose 23 percent year over year to 738.1 million euros in the quarter ended September 30, while processed volume increased 30 percent to 451.1 billion euros. Adyen kept its 2026 constant-currency net-revenue growth target at 21 to 23 percent but now expects an EBITDA margin of 50 percent, below the previous expectation of about 52 percent.
