Temporary Interruption of Share Buyback Program

Alzchem Group AG     Disclosure according to Article 5 of the EU Regulation 596/2014 and Article 2 Section (1) of the Delegated EU Regulation 2016/1052     Temporary Interruption of Share Repurchase Program     Alzchem Group AG will interrupt its share repurchase program announced via ad hoc notification on December 15, 2025 from April 30 to May 8, 2026 (including each date) due to its Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2026.   This is intended to ensure that any dividend payment that may be resolved by the 2026 Annual General Meeting can be reliably processed.     Trostberg, April 13, 2026     Alzchem Group AG -  Managing Board  -
