Apollo Global Management reported record third-quarter origination of $114 billion on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as fee-related earnings and client inflows strengthened the asset manager's operating performance. The company's third-quarter results also highlighted pressure from higher interest rates on certain retirement-services investments.

Record origination lifts operating momentum

Apollo said quarterly origination reached a record $114 billion, while client inflows reached $53 billion during the quarter and $270 billion over the past twelve months. Total assets under management stood at $1.07 trillion at quarter-end.

Fee-related earnings rose to a record $802 million, up 23 percent from a year earlier, with the company citing higher fee-related revenue and margin expansion. Apollo's adjusted net income was $1.3 billion, or $2.07 per share, while GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders was a loss of $1.1 billion, or $1.78 per share, mainly because of unrealized mark-to-market losses in Retirement Services.

Brightspeed sites draw Nvidia interest

A second weekly development came on Friday, November 6. Tom's Hardware, published by Yahoo, reported that Nvidia is discussing the conversion of Brightspeed buildings into smaller data centers after pitching the idea to Apollo executives.

The proposal concerns more than 130 existing sites across the United States. The buildings already have telecommunications infrastructure and power connections, although cooling systems, supporting equipment and local approvals would still be required. For Apollo, the talks add a potential infrastructure angle to its broader exposure to AI financing and hardware projects.

Dividend date remains on the calendar

Apollo declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per common share. The payment is scheduled for November 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 18.
