- Quarterly origination reached a new high of 114 billion dollars, while trailing twelve-month activity exceeded 350 billion dollars.
- Clients supplied 270 billion dollars of inflows over the last twelve months, lifting assets under management to about 1.07 trillion dollars.
- A quarterly cash dividend of 0.5625 dollars per share is payable on November 30 to shareholders of record on November 18.
Apollo Global Management reported record origination and strong client inflows for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. In its November 3 results release, the alternative asset manager said quarterly origination reached a new high of 114 billion dollars.
Management also reported more than 350 billion dollars of origination over the past twelve months and 270 billion dollars of client inflows over the same period. Apollo said assets under management stood at about 1.07 trillion dollars as of September 30, underscoring the scale of the platform as demand for private credit, insurance and other alternative investments continues to shape the business.
Origination and inflows lead results
Chief Executive Officer Marc Rowan said the results reflected the model's ability to originate increasing amounts of assets. Apollo described its pipeline as strong and said it expects a robust close to 2026, with a favorable setup for 2027. Those comments point to continued emphasis on capital deployment, fundraising and the expansion of its integrated asset management and retirement services businesses.
The inflow figure is important for investors because it supports future fee generation and expands the pool of assets from which Apollo can earn management-related revenue. Origination, meanwhile, indicates the volume of new investment and lending opportunities moving through the platform. Neither metric guarantees future earnings, but both are central operating indicators for an alternative asset manager.
The board declared a cash dividend of 0.5625 dollars per share for the third quarter. Apollo said the payment is scheduled for November 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 18. Dividend payments remain subject to board discretion, according to the company.
