Asset sales reach GBP 81 million

According to TradingView, Big Yellow contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire, for GBP 6.3 million on September 23, 2026. The transaction follows disposals in Harrow and Staines, bringing combined gross proceeds from the three sales to GBP 81 million.

The proceeds give the self-storage operator another source of funding for development and capital spending. Big Yellow said its platform comprises 115 stores, with a pipeline of 0.8 million square feet across 10 proposed facilities.

Revenue rises 2 percent

The company reported fiscal year 2026 revenue of GBP 209.1 million, up 2 percent from GBP 204.5 million in fiscal year 2025, according to Big Yellow. Store EBITDA increased to GBP 146.5 million from GBP 143.2 million, while adjusted profit before tax rose to GBP 117.5 million from GBP 115.6 million.

EPRA adjusted earnings per share advanced 2 percent to 59.0 pence from 57.8 pence, and the full-year dividend increased to 47.2 pence per share from 46.4 pence. The figures show that operating growth remained positive even as the share price stayed well below its yearly high.
