Henkel's preliminary third-quarter figures and a new Indonesian application center shaped the investment case ahead of the company's full Q3 statement on Tuesday, November 10. Henkel stock traded at 82.95 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:51 CET on Saturday, November 7, 0.32 percent below the Xetra close of Friday, November 6.
The company said on October 29 that third-quarter group sales rose 11.0 percent year on year to 5,713 million euros. Organic sales growth reached 6.5 percent, supported by pricing and volume gains in both business units. Henkel also lifted its 2026 organic sales outlook for the group to 3.0 to 4.0 percent from 1.5 to 3.5 percent previously.
The updated range for Adhesive Technologies is 4.5 to 5.5 percent, compared with 2.0 to 4.0 percent before. Consumer Brands is now expected to deliver organic sales growth of 1.5 to 2.5 percent, up from the previous range of 0.5 to 2.5 percent. The Henkel release said growth reflected positive pricing and volume development across regions and business units.
Indonesia adds local application capacity
Henkel opened a Central Java Application Center in Semarang to support application development, testing, technical services and customer training. The approximately 1,400-square-meter facility focuses on consumer goods adhesives, especially footwear and fashion, and is intended to speed up customer projects and product development.
The company announcement described the center as part of Henkel's longer-term investment in Indonesia. For investors, the project adds operating infrastructure to the group's regional growth platform, but the near-term share-price focus remains on the November 10 figures.
