Interactive Brokers is broadening its AI-based brokerage tools with Connector version 1.2.1, according to the company's release notes last updated on October 27, 2026. The update adds autonomous trading, AI-managed screeners and earnings research to the connected workflow.

AI tools move toward execution

Eligible clients can use Autonomous Trading to let an AI place orders without confirmation for every transaction. Interactive Brokers says the feature is subject to restrictions and availability conditions, making eligibility and account safeguards important factors for investors assessing the commercial potential.

The update also expands screeners from running saved searches to building and managing them inside a connected AI platform. Users can describe an investment idea in natural language, filter US stocks, US exchange-traded funds, European stocks and Hong Kong stocks, then preview, save, refine or remove the screener. Results appear as ranked lists, with the top 10 matches by default and up to 50 on request.

Earnings research joins workflow

Earnings Insights adds company research without requiring users to leave the connected platform. Before a report, clients can request estimates and outlook scenarios; afterward, the tool can provide guidance, management commentary and market reaction. That places research, screening and eligible order execution within one interface.

Interactive Brokers stock traded at 66.93 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 14:11 CET on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Investors can follow the real-time quote of Interactive Brokers stock.

For the company, the expanded Connector strengthens the technology proposition and may support engagement if clients adopt the new functions. The financial effect remains tied to usage, trading activity and the pace at which eligible customers activate autonomous features.

The wider US market remains the relevant setting for the company, with current developments tracked through the S&P 500 market overview.
