- Medtronic will report fiscal second-quarter results on November 24, 2026.
- Registry results support the company's cardiac ablation portfolio across atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.
- The ventricular data remain an early clinical signal rather than revenue guidance.
Medtronic added a concrete investor milestone on November 4 by setting November 24, 2026, for its fiscal second-quarter results. The date appears on the company's press release page alongside recent clinical updates for its cardiac ablation portfolio.
Results Date Adds Near-Term Focus
The upcoming report will give investors the next scheduled checkpoint on revenue, margins and demand after Medtronic completed the separation of MiniMed. It may also show how the company is progressing with its remaining cardiovascular, neuroscience and surgical businesses.
Registry Evidence Supports Cardiac Portfolio
Medtronic reported positive real-world findings on October 22, with the results presented at the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society meeting. The global APEX registry included 1,050 atrial fibrillation patients treated with the Sphere-9 catheter and Affera Mapping and Ablation System across 28 sites. The company reported a 1.1 percent major complication rate.
The REAL PULSE registry covered 1,160 atrial fibrillation patients treated with the PulseSelect pulsed field ablation system at 38 sites. Medtronic reported 100 percent acute procedural success and a 0.09 percent acute major complication rate. A separate European analysis of 46 patients with sustained ventricular tachycardia showed 87 percent acute success and estimated six-month freedom from recurrence of 75 percent.
The smaller ventricular cohort remains an early clinical signal rather than revenue guidance. Medtronic said Sphere-9 is CE marked for ventricular tachycardia in applicable markets but is investigational and not approved for that indication in the United States.
