- Super Micro estimates first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue at 18.5 billion to 19.5 billion US dollars, above its prior guidance.
- The preliminary gross-margin range also exceeds the earlier outlook.
- Final quarterly results and management commentary are scheduled for November 3, 2026.
Super Micro Computer lifted its preliminary fiscal first-quarter 2027 outlook on October 20, citing stronger demand for AI platforms. The company now estimates revenue of 18.5 billion to 19.5 billion US dollars for the quarter ended September 30, compared with previous guidance of 14.5 billion to 15.5 billion US dollars.
The preliminary gross-margin estimate rose to 12.0% to 12.5%, from the earlier range of 10.4% to 10.8%. Super Micro attributed the margin improvement primarily to customer and product mix. The figures remain unaudited and may change as the company completes its financial closing procedures.
Revenue outlook resets expectations
The midpoint of the new revenue range is 19.0 billion US dollars, 4.0 billion above the midpoint of the previous guidance. The update points to stronger near-term demand for AI infrastructure, but it does not by itself establish how much of the improvement will carry into later quarters.
Super Micro Computer investor relations said the final first-quarter fiscal 2027 results will be reviewed on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The webcast is scheduled through the company website.
