- SUSS MicroTec will publish its third-quarter statement on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
- Management lowered 2026 revenue guidance to EUR 405 million to EUR 425 million after production relocation effects and supply constraints.
- The company said third-quarter order intake remained strong and its order book reached a record level.
SUSS MicroTec will publish its quarterly statement for the period ended September 30 on Thursday, November 5, putting the semiconductor equipment maker's latest operating performance at the center of the coming week. The company announced the reporting date in a release carried by Placera on October 27.
Lower outlook meets strong orders
The upcoming statement follows a guidance reset. SUSS now expects 2026 revenue of EUR 405 million to EUR 425 million, compared with the previous range of EUR 425 million to EUR 485 million. The expected EBIT margin was reduced to 5% to 7% from 8% to 10%, while the gross profit margin range of 35% to 37% remained unchanged.
The company linked the revision to temporary revenue-recognition effects from relocating production and supply constraints for certain components. SUSS expects some revenue to move into fiscal 2027 and has forecast one-off expenses of EUR 6.2 million, with EUR 4.5 million planned for 2026.
Production shift shapes investor focus
SUSS plans to concentrate production at Zhubei in Taiwan and Sternenfels in Germany. Production activities in Garching will be discontinued, and the measure affects approximately 70 employees. Management said the reorganization is intended to improve scalability, efficiency and proximity to customers in Asia.
The same announcement said third-quarter order intake remained strong and the order book reached a record level. That contrast leaves the November 5 release with two competing signals for investors: near-term sales timing and margins have weakened, while demand visibility and the longer-term manufacturing setup provide support.
SUSS MicroTec stock traded at EUR 50.90 on Lang & Schwarz at 17:21 CET on Sunday, November 1, 0.10% below the Xetra close of EUR 50.95 on Friday, October 30.
