- Hyperliquid was quoted at 86.5920 USD in the retrieved Investing.com snapshot.
- Permanent burns have reached 49.87 million HYPE, or 4.99% of the maximum supply.
- More than 15 million USD in November reserve yield is expected to support further buybacks.
- A planned 180,000 HYPE team distribution on November 6 remains a near-term supply consideration.
The Hyperliquid price is facing a mixed supply backdrop as permanent token burns and expected reserve income meet a scheduled team distribution. The retrieved Investing.com snapshot showed HYPE at 86.5920 USD. The page also displayed a market capitalization of 22.16 billion USD, a 24-hour volume of 1.16 billion USD, rank nine, and a circulating supply of 253.50 million HYPE.
Burns reduce supply over time
According to TokenPost, permanent HYPE burns had reached 49.87 million tokens, equal to 4.99% of the one-billion-token maximum supply. The latest 24-hour burn cited by the report totaled 19,700 HYPE, valued at about 1.59 million USD, while estimated fees for the same period were 1.69 million USD. TokenPost also reported cumulative revenue of 1.38 billion USD, distinguishing that historical figure from the one-day fee estimate.
Reserve income could fund buybacks
A second potential support comes from the Assistance Fund. TokenPost reported that a 2.52 USDC test transfer reached the fund at 00:00 UTC on November 2. More than 15 million USD in USDC reserve yield is expected for November, following about 14.58 million USD in the first month of the arrangement in October. The October funds reached the Assistance Fund on October 4, with HYPE buybacks following during the next 48 hours.
Unlock and regulation remain risks
The supply picture is not exclusively deflationary. TokenPost reported that Hyperliquid Labs planned to unlock 180,000 HYPE on October 28 for distribution to team members on November 6. The report said the schedule separates the token release from the later team distribution and also referenced a planned institutional over-the-counter sale.
Market access could broaden if the plan described by 24/7 Wall St. advances: ICE intends to establish a US market for Hyperliquid-based perpetual contracts through trade(xyz), subject to regulatory approval. The same report cited 109 million USD of sales by two large HYPE wallets after the announcement was softened. For investors, burns and buybacks provide a supply counterweight, but unlocks, whale activity and the unresolved regulatory process keep the Hyperliquid price sensitive to execution and liquidity.
