- TRX traded at $0.3512 at 03:23 UTC on October 30, up 6.34 percent over the previous 24 hours, according to Kinzan.
The TRON price remains in focus as network activity and market conditions point in different directions. TRX was quoted at $0.3512 at 03:23 UTC on October 30, up 6.34 percent over the previous 24 hours, according to Kinzan. The figure is a rolling 24-hour comparison, not a UTC daily change against the previous day's close.
Freeze alerts add a risk signal
TokenPost reported that alerts monitoring Tether on TRON identified at least 33 frozen addresses on October 28. Their combined balances were about $27 million when the alerts were issued, while the largest single-address balance was about $7.8 million. TokenPost noted that these figures describe balances at alert time and do not establish the addresses' current holdings.
The report also said a separate earlier Tether blacklist covered four THORChain vaults on TRON holding $1.45 million in USDT and halted that protocol's TRON swap operations. The development is relevant to investors because stablecoin transfers are a central use case for the network, although the alert itself does not establish a change in TRX demand.
Settlement scale remains the core metric
In a release carried by GlobeNewswire, TRON said reports from CoinDesk Data and Nansen showed $2.21 trillion in stablecoin settlement during the third quarter. Nansen's figures put average daily settlement at $24.05 billion, up 3.9 percent quarter over quarter, while average rolling monthly active addresses rose 9.8 percent to 18 million. The network processed an average of 11.68 million successful transactions per day.
The same release said TRON accounted for approximately 73 percent of stablecoin transfer volume at the end of the quarter. It also cited the launch of the first U.S. spot staked TRX exchange-traded fund on September 9, giving institutions a regulated access route to the token. These figures describe network activity and product access, not a forecast for the token.
What investors should monitor
The current setup combines strong settlement metrics with a newly reported compliance-related freeze event. For TRX holders, the key variables are whether stablecoin activity remains durable, how regulatory controls affect transfers, and whether increased institutional access translates into sustained demand. The 24-hour move reported by Kinzan was well above TRX's 20-day volatility baseline, but it does not by itself identify the cause of the price change.
