On September 9, Loomis AB said it had completed a EUR 300 million issue of senior unsecured bonds with a 4.125 percent coupon and a five-year tenor, according to the Loomis AB release on Cision News.
The company said the bonds were issued under its EUR 2 billion EMTN program. Loomis said the proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes, including financing its acquisition of Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A. The bonds were to be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin and carried a BBB rating from S&P Global, the company release said.
