Accor raised its recurring EBITDA outlook for fiscal 2026 after reporting stronger third-quarter trading on October 22, according to the company's official results release. Revenue reached EUR 1.503 billion, up 7.7% at constant currency from the year-earlier quarter, while revenue per available room rose 4.9%.

Luxury division drives hotel growth

Accor's Luxury and Lifestyle division recorded an 8.3% increase in RevPAR from the third quarter of 2025. The Premium, Midscale and Economy division posted RevPAR growth of 3.2%, with pricing providing the main support across the portfolio.

Regional performance remained mixed. The Europe North Africa region delivered 2.5% RevPAR growth, while the Americas rose 6.5%. In the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific region, RevPAR increased 3.6%, although the United Arab Emirates remained under pressure and stayed below its year-earlier level.

Higher profit target, slower expansion

Accor now expects recurring EBITDA between EUR 1.270 billion and EUR 1.285 billion for 2026, compared with its previous range of EUR 1.260 billion to EUR 1.285 billion. The group also expects full-year RevPAR growth at the upper end of its 2% to 2.5% range, assuming no deterioration in United Arab Emirates activity during the fourth quarter.

At the same time, management revised its network-growth expectation to 3.0% to 3.5%, from approximately 3.5% previously. The company said it opened 63 hotels, adding nearly 9,000 rooms, during the third quarter. Its development pipeline reached more than 273,000 rooms across 1,628 hotels at the end of September.

Global hospitality platform

Accor operates hotels, resorts, bars and restaurants, wellness facilities and flexible workspaces across more than 110 countries. Its portfolio covers about 45 brands ranging from luxury to economy, alongside the Lifestyle business Ennismore and the ALL Accor booking and loyalty platform.

With 5,857 hotels and 885,219 rooms at the end of September, Accor is a large, diversified international lodging group. Its broad brand range gives it exposure to luxury, lifestyle, premium, midscale and economy demand across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and other growth markets.

Accor is listed on Euronext Paris and is included in the CAC 40. The company's next performance will depend in part on fourth-quarter demand, pricing and the continued recovery of markets affected by geopolitical disruption.
