Buyback expands treasury position
Exor said on Monday, November 2, that it had bought 255,020 ordinary shares under the second tranche of its buyback program. The Yahoo Finance report reproduced the company release, which covered purchases from October 26 through October 30.
The transactions were carried out on Euronext Amsterdam, CBOE DXE, Turquoise Europe and Aquis Exchange Europe. Exor said the purchases under the second tranche represented approximately EUR 18 million of investment.
Execution remains the focus
The second tranche allows purchases of up to EUR 125 million. The latest disclosure gives investors a concrete view of the program's execution, while the size and pace of later purchases remain relevant for the eventual capital-return impact.
As of November 2, Exor held 7,088,492 ordinary shares in treasury, equal to 3.41 percent of its ordinary issued share capital. The figure provides the latest reference point for the program before further weekly updates.
