Fluidra reported a solid first nine months of 2026 on October 29, with resilient aftermarket demand helping offset weakness in new pool construction. In its official results release, the Spanish pool-equipment group said sales reached EUR 1,780 million, up 4% at constant exchange rates from the prior-year period.

Aftermarket demand supports performance

Fluidra said all regions delivered year-to-date growth on a constant-currency and constant-perimeter basis. Europe grew 4.2%, North America 3.5% and the Rest of the World 1.5%, according to the company.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 6% at constant exchange rates to EUR 428 million. The adjusted margin was 24.1%, compared with 23.9% a year earlier. Fluidra attributed the improvement to cost control, additional pricing actions and EUR 23 million of savings from its efficiency plan, which helped offset inflation, higher tariffs and mix effects.

Reported profit remains under pressure

Adjusted net profit rose 6% at constant exchange rates to EUR 221 million, while adjusted earnings per share reached EUR 1.15. Net debt stood at EUR 1,145 million, with leverage at 2.2 times net debt to adjusted EBITDA. The company also said it had completed a EUR 40 million share buyback program.

For investors, the figures present a mixed picture: the adjusted operating measures improved, while soft new construction and remodeling activity remain constraints on the sector. Fluidra also continues to develop Infinity, an intelligent pool operating system scheduled to support product launches across 2026 and 2027.

Guidance range narrowed

Fluidra said it remains confident of delivering within its 2026 outlook. It now expects sales growth of 3.5% to 5.5% at constant exchange rates, an adjusted EBITDA margin of 23.3% to 23.5% and adjusted EPS growth of 5% to 9%.

The latest available real-time quote of Fluidra stock from Lang & Schwarz was EUR 18.88 on October 29, 2026 at 22:59:55 Berlin time.
