- Immunome will present initial Phase 1 data for its ROR1-targeted antibody-drug conjugate at the ASH annual meeting.
- The study remains focused on dose optimization and safety in heavily pretreated patients with B-cell lymphomas.
- The company is also preparing for regulatory reviews of varegacestat in desmoid tumors.
Immunome announced on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, that it will present initial first-in-human data for IM-1021 at the 68th American Society of Hematology annual meeting. The company said the interim results showed a 53% objective response rate among 19 response-evaluable patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, according to Business Wire.
Early responses support further testing
The response group included five complete responses and five partial responses. In a subgroup of 11 response-evaluable patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, the response rate was 64%, with three complete and four partial responses.
The findings came from a study of heavily pretreated patients. As of the June 26, 2026, data cutoff, 35 patients had received IM-1021, including 25 with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 92% of B-NHL patients, while Grade 3 or higher events occurred in 52%; neutropenia was the most common severe event at 44%.
ASH presentation sets next milestone
Immunome plans to present the data on December 14, 2026, in a poster session at the ASH meeting. The Phase 1 trial is evaluating IM-1021, a ROR1-targeted antibody-drug conjugate with a TOP1-inhibitor payload, while dose optimization across multiple regimens remains ongoing.
The program adds another clinical catalyst to Immunome's pipeline. The company has said the European Medicines Agency validated its marketing authorization application for varegacestat on October 30, while a separate FDA review of the desmoid-tumor treatment is also in progress.
Targeted oncology pipeline
Immunome is a United States-based clinical-stage oncology company developing targeted therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates, a gamma secretase inhibitor and a FAP-targeted radioligand. Its leading programs are varegacestat, IM-1021 and IM-3050, with earlier ADC programs also in development.
Within the broader oncology sector, Immunome is a smaller clinical-stage developer rather than an established commercial drugmaker. Its positioning depends on advancing selected assets through clinical testing and regulatory review, while larger biopharmaceutical groups compete across wider oncology and ADC portfolios.
