Photronics stock reports 2.7 percent revenue growth

The sequential revenue gain came with a lower GAAP diluted EPS figure than the USD 0.54 reported for fiscal Q2 2026. That contrast matters because Photronics is benefiting from higher demand while quarterly earnings remain sensitive to product mix and the timing of high-end mask-set deliveries.

Fourth-quarter guidance stays wide

Photronics guided fiscal Q4 revenue to USD 207 million to USD 227 million, operating margin to 19 percent to 24 percent, and non-GAAP diluted EPS to USD 0.40 to USD 0.56, according to Investing.com. The revenue range has a USD 20 million spread, reflecting the effect that individual high-end mask orders can have on a quarter.

Photronics also reported that integrated-circuit revenue reached USD 154.7 million in fiscal Q3, up 5 percent year over year and sequentially. High-end IC products represented 44 percent of IC revenue, while flat-panel-display revenue was USD 61 million.

Stock remains below its yearly high
