QVC is preparing for its holiday season with a broader live-commerce strategy that connects television, TikTok, streaming and digital shopping. In an interview published on October 27, 2026, Glossy examined how the company is trying to turn those channels into a recurring customer-acquisition loop.

TikTok expands QVC's live-commerce reach

QVC began streaming around the clock on TikTok in April 2025. According to the interview with Krystyna Taheri, QVC Group's senior vice president of social commerce, QVC and HSN generated more than one million net new United States customers on TikTok Shop during 2025.

The operating model differs by platform. QVC still produces about 60,000 hours of live television each year, while its TikTok operation delivers about 200 hours of live content per week. The company uses platform-specific hosts and smaller studios, while retaining common principles such as product demonstrations, storytelling and building trust with viewers.

Holiday execution is the next test

The seasonal program includes products from brands such as Le Creuset, KitchenAid, Laura Mercier and Nespresso, as well as QVC-exclusive launches. QVC also plans its three-day Nonstop Holiday Party for November 6 to 8, followed by promotions around Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

For investors, the strategy offers a potential route to reach younger customers without abandoning QVC's established television audience. The interview also shows that execution will depend on engagement metrics, host training and the ability to convert short-form attention into orders across several channels.

The growth effort comes after a difficult period for the parent company. Glossy reported that QVC Group emerged from Chapter 11 in August after reducing debt by more than 5 billion United States dollars. Consolidated revenue for the three months ended June 30 was 1.765 billion United States dollars, compared with 1.984 billion United States dollars a year earlier.
