Travel + Leisure Co. reported stronger adjusted earnings and raised its full-year outlook on October 27, 2026, as growth in Vacation Ownership offset weakness in Travel and Membership. The company reported third-quarter net revenue of USD 1.101 billion and adjusted diluted earnings of USD 2.21 per share, up 23 percent from the prior-year quarter, according to the company’s third-quarter results release.
Guidance moves higher
Adjusted EBITDA rose 6 percent to USD 283 million, while adjusted diluted earnings per share increased from USD 1.80 to USD 2.21. Travel + Leisure lifted its 2026 Adjusted EBITDA range to USD 1.070 billion to USD 1.085 billion and set gross Vacation Ownership Interest sales guidance at USD 2.625 billion to USD 2.675 billion.
The Vacation Ownership segment generated USD 953 million in revenue, up 9 percent year over year, with gross VOI sales increasing 6 percent to USD 720 million. Tours rose 7 percent, although value per guest declined 1 percent because recent acquisitions changed the business mix.
Membership business remains weaker
Travel and Membership revenue fell 11 percent to USD 150 million. Adjusted EBITDA in the segment declined 12 percent to USD 51 million, as lower exchange transaction volume and a greater mix of lower-margin Travel Club transactions outweighed lower operating costs.
Travel + Leisure also reported USD 4.0 billion of corporate debt outstanding at September 30, 2026, excluding USD 2.0 billion of non-recourse debt tied to its securitized notes receivable portfolio. Management said it would recommend a fourth-quarter dividend of USD 0.60 per share for board approval in November.
