PVA TePla AG: Release according to Article 40, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands informed us on September 18, 2026 pursuant to Art. 43(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% from September 14, 2026, as follows: The investment in PVA TePla AG is a long-term investment and is made with the aim of achieving capital growth. Depending on market developments and further economic circumstances, Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V. may acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by purchase or otherwise. Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V. currently does not intend to exercise any influence on the composition of the management board or the supervisory board of PVA TePla AG. Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V. currently does not intend to achieve any material change in the capital structure of PVA TePla, regarding the ratio of equity and debt financing and the dividend policy. The acquisition of the voting rights was financed through funds entirely owned and operated by Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management N.V.
