Faraday Future has initiated the commercial rollout of its Embodied AI (EAI) technology, marking a significant operational shift for the company. The move into intelligent robotics hardware represents a new business segment, with its potential to generate momentum being a key focus for observers.
Strategic Focus on Premium Hospitality
The company's initial commercial strategy targets specific high-end markets. The primary focus for this first delivery is the premium vacation rental sector, with an aim to integrate robots as a supplementary service for platforms like Airbnb. Additional target markets outlined in the commercial plan include luxury hotels, upscale dining establishments, and automotive dealerships.
Initial Delivery and Scaling Targets
The operational phase began last Friday with the handover of the first batch of robotics units. The recipient, Golden Hills Investment LLC, took delivery of a total of six units. This shipment consisted of two "Master Ultra" model devices and four units from the "Aegis" product line, as confirmed by founder and Co-CEO YT Jia in a recent investor update.
Management has set an ambitious timeline for the coming weeks, targeting 20 robots to be deployed by the end of March. For the entirety of the current year's first delivery season, the company is aiming for a total volume of 200 units to be supplied to commercial partners.

The speed of the broader rollout is heavily dependent on pending certifications.
