Kuros Biosciences Insider Files CHF 282,505 Option Exercise as Alpharetta Plant Ramps
Published on 10/31/2026 at 19:11 | Editorial boerse-global.deA member of Kuros Biosciences' executive board or board of directors has acquired 59,496 registered shares, a transaction valued at CHF 282,505 and reported to SIX Exchange Regulation on 19 October. The purchase stemmed from the exercise of employee options rather than an open-market trade, so it should not be read as a routine insider buy signal.
That disclosure lands against a busier operational backdrop than the headline figure alone suggests. Roughly two weeks earlier, the Swiss-listed orthobiologics company published its results for the first nine months of 2026, and the numbers showed earnings growing considerably faster than sales.
Earnings Outpace Revenue
Revenue from medical devices climbed 40% year on year to USD 141.8 million. Group EBITDA advanced 81% to USD 13.5 million over the same stretch, while adjusted EBITDA rose 68% to USD 20.6 million — a sign that operating leverage is beginning to show through as volumes scale.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Kuros Biosciences?
Kuros paired those nine-month figures with an upgrade to its full-year outlook. Management now guides toward 36% to 40% revenue growth for 2026, with an adjusted EBITDA margin above 14.5%. Those are expectations for the full twelve months, distinct from the reported nine-month results.
Georgia Site Enters Commercial Service
Supporting the guidance is the start of commercial MagnetOs manufacturing at the company's new Alpharetta facility in the United States, announced around the same time as the interim results. The site has moved from build-out into commercial output, giving Kuros added production capacity on American soil.
Leadership has been strengthened as well. Adam Wollowick has taken on the role of Chief Medical Officer, overseeing global Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs, according to media reports. He previously worked at Stryker.
What Comes Next
Kuros has flagged its participation in the NASS Biologics conference in Chicago on 6 November 2026, an appearance listed in the company's published events calendar. The next scheduled release of full-year numbers is set for 3 March 2027, when the company will report on the complete 2026 financial year following the interim update already in investors' hands.
