Li-FT Power's Adina-Galinée Assays Point to Early-2027 Resource Estimate
Published on 10/28/2026 at 12:01 | Editorial boerse-global.deLi-FT Power is steering toward a combined mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment for its Adina-Galinée lithium project in Québec, with both deliverables targeted for early 2027. The company intends to feed the assay results now emerging from its 2026 summer drill campaign into that valuation work.
Assays are in hand for five of the 45 holes drilled at the project. Among the reported intervals, hole ALP0002 returned 56 metres grading 1.43% lithium oxide, while hole ALP0003 cut 28 metres at 1.64% lithium oxide. Management says the results so far support its geological reading of the property.
The company puts the programme's total scope, inclusive of historical drilling, at 13,403.5 metres — a figure that stretches beyond the 2026 summer campaign alone. It is the broader set of results, not just the summer holes, that will underpin the resource estimate and the preliminary economic assessment.

On the corporate side, Li-FT Power has announced a change of its local representative and registered office in Australia.
Mining Stocks Lead the Charge in Canada
The shares rose 3.2% yesterday to close at €0.9100, with resource names topping the gainers' list in Canadian trading, according to media reports, and the materials sector advancing as well.
Broader sentiment toward lithium also firmed. The LIT lithium fund added 2.25% on Tuesday, while Albemarle and SQM each climbed close to 6%. Coverage of the move framed it as a widening appetite for risk on Wall Street rather than a response to any company-specific catalyst. Li-FT Power's stock was up 1.8% today, though the sector report offers no link between the broad recovery and the stock's earlier pullback.
For now, the early-2027 release of the Adina-Galinée mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment remains the next milestone the company has flagged.
