PNE Sets November 12 Webcast as Ownership Register Shifts and Analysts Reprice Stock
Published on 11/01/2026 at 19:01 | Editorial boerse-global.dePNE will publish its quarterly statement for the third quarter of 2026 on November 12, with an earnings webcast scheduled to accompany the release. The date, listed in the company's financial calendar, marks the next scheduled reporting event since the wind developer trimmed its full-year outlook — a cut that has since rippled through analyst coverage and shareholder registers alike.
Guidance Cut Traces Back to Delayed Sales and Permits
Roughly three weeks ago, PNE lowered its forecast for 2026 group EBITDA to EUR 60–75 million, down from a prior range of EUR 90–120 million. The normalized EBITDA target was cut to EUR 65–80 million from EUR 110–140 million.
Management pointed to protracted sales processes and delayed approvals as the drivers. On top of that, certain wind farms originally earmarked for divestment will now stay in the company's own portfolio. A portion of the expected earnings contributions will slip into 2027, PNE said. In the same corporate statement, the company described its operating performance as continuing successfully.
The downgrade met a sharp market reaction: dpa-AFX reported at the time that the stock briefly fell by nearly a fifth.

Brokers Keep Buy Ratings but Slash Targets
First Berlin Equity Research trimmed its price target to EUR 8.30 from EUR 10.00 about two weeks ago, while reaffirming its buy recommendation. The research house tied the revaluation to the lower earnings forecast, postponed projects and a higher interest rate environment.
MĂĽnchmeyer Petersen Capital Markets also cut its target, according to media reports, taking it to EUR 7.60 from EUR 12.00 around the same time. Its buy rating was likewise left in place, with the revision following the reduced guidance and project delays.
Morgan Stanley Crosses 52% as Goldman Sachs Trims
On the ownership side, Morgan Stanley reported on October 15 that its total voting rights in PNE had risen to 52.15% from 50.07%. According to the mandatory notification, the threshold crossing was triggered by the acquisition of client collateral with a right of use by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The disclosure reflected the position as of October 8.
The Goldman Sachs Group filed a separate stake notice on October 14, reporting a decline in its total holding of voting rights and financial instruments to 4.79% from 6.36%. That threshold crossing also occurred on October 8.

Union Investment Management, meanwhile, reported a reduction in its PNE voting rights to 2.96%, down from a total position of 4.83% in its previous filing. The threshold contact date given in that notification was October 19.
With the annual guidance now reset and the shareholder base in flux, PNE's November 12 quarterly statement and webcast will give investors the first detailed look at how the delayed project sales are shaping the group's numbers.
