Bad Bunny's seven Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami
The ceremony celebrated Latin music at the James L. Knight Center in Miami on 22 October 2026. Telemundo’s winners announcement records seven honours for Bad Bunny, with the programme presented live on Telemundo and Peacock.
Artist of the Year and Tour of the Year were two of the named categories. His other wins included Global 200 Latin Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Male. They also included Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Male, Latin Rhythm Artist of the Year, Solo, and Songwriter of the Year.
The seven-category result connects recognition for songs, albums, Latin rhythm and songwriting with a touring award. It therefore reflects several parts of Bad Bunny’s work within one ceremony rather than a single category.
Bad Bunny's Grammy record adds album and genre honours
Bad Bunny is the stage name of Benito Antonio MartĂnez Ocasio, a Puerto Rican singer whose music spans reggaeton, Latin trap and pop. His catalogue includes the album DeBĂŤ TiRAR MáS FOToS, which remains central to his recent international profile.
The Recording Academy’s Grammy profile lists six wins and 16 nominations for him. It records DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS as the winner of Album of the Year and Best Música Urbana Album at the 68th Annual Grammys. The same profile also lists wins for Best Global Music Performance and Best Música Urbana Album at other ceremonies.
The Miami result therefore joins album, genre and performance recognition with a touring award in one seven-award result. That link between recorded music and live work is also visible in the Billboard categories announced on 22 October 2026.
