Nine Inch Nails expand Nine Inch Noize into physical formats

The official UK store lists 30 October 2026 as the release date for the CD edition and presents the record as a Nine Inch Nails project with Boys Noize. Its official CD listing also carries a 12-track sequence, including versions of established Nine Inch Nails material.

Side-Line’s format details describe the physical package as a three-format release on vinyl, CD and cassette, with a store-exclusive vinyl variant on nin.com. The same details identify the digital edition with The Null Corporation and Interscope Records.

Nine Inch Nails connect industrial rock with Boys Noize

Nine Inch Nails is an industrial rock project founded by Trent Reznor in Cleveland. Its sound centres on abrasive electronics and industrial rock, while its catalogue includes Pretty Hate Machine, The Downward Spiral, The Fragile and Hesitation Marks.

Nine Inch Noize draws directly on that catalogue through its collaboration with Boys Noize. The tracklist reworks Nine Inch Nails songs including Closer, Copy of A, Came Back Haunted and She’s Gone Away, while also including a version of Soft Cell’s Memorabilia and a cover of How to Destroy Angels’ Parasite. Production and mixing are credited to Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Alexander Ridha, with vocals from Mariqueen Maandig.
