Post Malone takes the New Year’s Eve Festival to Delta Center
Smith Entertainment Group and Palm Tree Crew announced the one-night-only festival for 31 December 2026. The Delta Center event page names Post Malone and Alesso as the two headliners. It lists Delta Center in Salt Lake City as the location and gives a 10pm start. A local event announcement places the concert within Winter Weekend, a four-day sports and entertainment programme.
The announcement also says Alesso closes the night. Winter Weekend links the festival to the Utah Mammoth and Colorado Avalanche game at Rice-Eccles Stadium on 31 December 2026. The music programme then moves downtown to Delta Center, giving the Utah celebration a concert component alongside its sporting schedule.
Post Malone’s genre range meets a festival bill
Post Malone is a Texas-raised singer, songwriter and rapper whose music crosses hip-hop, pop, country and R&B. His catalogue runs from Stoney and Beerbongs & Bentleys through Hollywood’s Bleeding, Twelve Carat Toothache, Austin and F-1 Trillion.
VIP Nation’s career overview identifies Malone as a singer, songwriter and rapper with releases across that catalogue. A Billboard country album feature places F-1 Trillion in his country work, while the Salt Lake City booking puts that side of his music alongside electronic act Alesso.
