Ramones’ Subterranean Jungle Demos arrives on 27 November 2026 as a Record Store Day Black Friday LP from Rhino. The archival set gathers 14 demos, with 11 tracks previously unreleased.
Subterranean Jungle Demos joins Rhino’s Black Friday releases
The official Record Store Day listing places the release on 27 November 2026 and identifies it as an LP on Rhino. It classifies the collection as punk and describes a single-pocket sleeve in colour vinyl.
Rhino’s Black Friday announcement includes the title among 22 exclusive releases for participating independent record shops. The label’s list also specifies yellow vinyl, matching the format details attached to the title.
This is a compact archival set rather than a new studio recording. Its 14 demos document work associated with the band’s seventh studio album, and 11 tracks are previously unreleased. The yellow LP format places the collection within the anniversary programme surrounding the band’s debut.
Ramones connect the archive release to their debut anniversary
The official Ramones homepage places the release in the band’s 50th-anniversary year. It presents the catalogue as 17 albums, from Ramones and Leave Home through Adios Amigos and We’re Outta Here.
That catalogue makes Subterranean Jungle Demos a direct archival extension of the group’s album history. The demo format keeps the focus on previously unreleased material, while the LP presentation connects a specific studio document with the wider anniversary programme. The result is a catalogue release built around recordings rather than a newly recorded full-length album.
