At Charlotte County Fairgrounds, 2333 El Jobean Road, the two-day festival brings its country programme to Port Charlotte on 14 November 2026. The festival announcement identifies Whiskey Myers as the country-music headliner and lists Tyler Braden, Hippies & Cowboys, Dakota Poorman and RJ Preston on the same day.
The festival runs from 13 to 14 November 2026, with Lynyrd Skynyrd performing on 13 November while Whiskey Myers headline the 14 November programme. An event listing places the gathering at the Charlotte County Fair in Port Charlotte.
Whiskey Myers bring East Texas roots to the Florida bill
The six-piece comes from Palestine, Texas, and works across Southern rock, country, blues and hard rock. Cody Cannon leads on vocals and guitar; John Jeffers and Cody Tate play guitars; Jeff Hogg is on drums, Jamey Gleaves on bass, and Tony Kent handles keyboards and percussion.
That combination fits a festival divided between country and rock. The Port Charlotte appearance brings a broad catalogue to the fairgrounds, including Road of Life, Firewater, Early Morning Shakes, Mud, Whiskey Myers, Tornillo and Whomp Whack Thunder. The official band biography describes the group as moving between country, rock and blues.
The same biography records Firewater reaching number one on the Texas Music Charts and Mud reaching number four on Billboard’s country chart. Those results place the 14 November booking within a catalogue that has crossed regional country and Southern-rock boundaries.
Field of Dreamz gives Whiskey Myers a country-rock setting
The announced line-up gives the 14 November programme a broad country-rock frame, with four additional acts named alongside Whiskey Myers. The first day, on 13 November 2026, carries Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Rebel Rock Anthem Tour, keeping the weekend’s two halves distinct.
Whiskey Myers therefore arrive as the named headliner of the country day rather than as an unnamed entry in a general festival list. The listing identifies the performance as an in-person event at the Charlotte County Fair in Port Charlotte.
