Wir sind Helden release a Record Store Day Black Friday edition of Von hier an blind on 27 November 2026. The release brings one of the band’s established songs to vinyl in a dedicated physical edition.
The 10-inch brings four versions of the song to vinyl
The official RSD list places the release in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and identifies Vertigo as the label and UMG as distributor. It describes a Blue Curaçao Transparent 10-inch containing four versions of the song: German, French, Japanese and live.
That edition marks the first time Von hier an blind appears on vinyl. Rolling Stone Germany also names the title in its Black Friday release overview for 27 November 2026.
Wir sind Helden’s catalogue meets a new physical format
Wir sind Helden emerged from Hamburg and Berlin as a German pop quartet built around Judith Holofernes, Pola Roy, Mark Tavassol and Jean-Michel Tourette. Their music combines direct songwriting with pop, rock and new wave influences.
The group’s catalogue includes Die Reklamation, Von hier an blind, Soundso and Bring mich nach Hause. The forthcoming edition connects the band’s established album work with a release built around one song and its alternate versions.
Four versions connect the release with the band’s catalogue
The format focuses on the song rather than presenting a full album sequence. Its German, French, Japanese and live versions place different interpretations of Von hier an blind on one physical release.
The choice also gives the title a clear place in the band’s recorded history. A track already associated with Von hier an blind will receive its first vinyl presentation through the Record Store Day programme.
